Things do look a little different when considering the casea??s 10 to 4 oa??clock diagonal measurement, which is a more reasonable 44mm, compared to the 5976/1Ga??s lug-to-lug measurement of 49.60mm.
Most 42mm wide round watches have this lug-to-lug dimension, so the wearing comfort should be OK – but the presence on the wrist will still be very noticeable (unlike most other Patek Philippe watches).
